At Cute 'n' Deadly, we aim to ship your keychains and posters as fast as possible. While we strive to ship within 3 business days, please note that shipping times may be longer if we are at a convention or short-staffed. If you have any questions about shipping times or your order status, please contact us and we'll be happy to help.
Refunds
Your satisfaction is our top priority at Cute 'n' Deadly.
If you're ever dissatisfied with a purchase, we'll do everything we can to make it right. Since we are a small, single person, ran business, refunds and exchanges are not always possible. We review them and decide the best course of action on a case by case basis.
Certain items we cannot accept any returns or exchanges on, specifically pillowcases/dakimakura. Since this is a bedding type item, once returned, they could not be resold for sanitary reasons.
